Who we are

We are a group of secretaries who have many years of experience.  We understand privacy and time are the main concerns of our clients, which is why we use a secure system and have a turn around of at least 8 hours.  Specialising in legal we also cater for any small business who realises the advantages of digital dictation and remote access.

Services

Because our clients have access to our free digital recorder, they are given the convenience of immediately sending us their dictations.  All transcriptions are returned via email, which means once the document is completed, there is no delay in delivery.

Templates

We transcribe onto a basic layout which is adaptable for all users.  If you are a regular client, you are more than welcome to provide us with your individual templates.

Maximise quality

To ensure that your high expectations of accuracy are meet, we would appreciate it if you provided us with clear audible recordings (ie none, or reduced, background noise).

No demands

We don't hold you in any kind of binding contract, which means you can use us as little or as much as you like.  Because of our different turn around costs, it means you can save money when you don't require work back immediately. Whatever decisions you make, it will never effect the quality of our work.
