We understand that confidentiality is a prime concern for our clients.  Therefore we provide our clients with a digital recorder, which uses our server.  All files sent can only be opened by RemoteWP, so even if you accidentally send your dictation to another e-mail address, they will not be able to open it.

Cost effective

We don’t charge an hourly rate, instead we charge per audio minute, which means that you only pay for what you “use”.  Our prices are dependant on the urgency and length of your dictation.  This means you decide how much you want to spend.   We are more affordable than an in-house typist or hiring a temp.

Availability 

We are available, when you require us to be.  You can receive documents in as little as 8 hours.

Quality and quantity

Our experienced transcribers will return your digital dictations with an exceptional level of accuracy.  We proofread all documents prior to sending without an extra charge*.

No fixed requirements

You decide how often you require our services.  You can use us for small or large dictations as well as daily or once a year.  We do not bind you into a term contract and we will only charge you for the work we do.

*Difficult recordings may be subject to extra costs (ie, strong accents or excessive background noise).
